You can also e-mail us at info@investorsfirstcap.com, with a brief synopsis of your project or borrowing requirements...or complete the interactive on-line loan application.  (Time is so critical to us all, so neither of us wastes time if your project needs don't meet our lending guidelines).

Also, we charge no evaluation fee or any advanced fees whatsoever for our services.

You will have the option of providing us with your most recent credit report with FICO scores and your companies' business credit report from D&B, or Experian, or we can provide that service for you at a nominal fee.

We are a contingency fee based capital organization, meaning, if we fund your loan, you will pay no loan fees until the day of your loan settlement. If we outsource your loan to one of our many correspondent banks, insurance companies or other providers of capital, our fees are due at settlement as well.

If you are a borrower, we will provide you with a list of required documents prior to underwriting your loan package. In order to assure a reasonable turnaround time, we expect that you provide all information in a timely manner.

All funded (or rejected) loans. leases and consulting services provided by IFC are strictly confidential! Our company policy prohibits any infomration belonging to our clients from being given out to anyone for marketing or any purpose other than intended.
