If you, or your company, are looking for specific commercial loans to purchase or engage in joint or correspondent lending with us, we welcome the opportunity to share our array of products and funding requests with you.

As you read our information, you will understand that our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our lender-investors and borrowers, therefore, our annual volume will be aligned with the ability of our origination and underwriting team to deliver fully-documented and executed loan packages to our investor-lenders and correspondent capital sources.

Our originators and underwriting staff offer fully-documented loan packages awaiting your approval and purchase. We will also underwrite to your lending criteria, interest rates and term requirements.

Upon approval and funding, we offer our investors closed loans, mortgages and other commercial products on assignment basis with either loan servicing retained or released.

For financial institutions, we have the ability to fund and assign most commercial loans to you or operate as intermediary agents, should your policies not allow third-party loan purchases.

In addition to our standard commercial products, we have venture capital requests ranging from $500,000 to $200M. Investors First Capital only considers VC in the following areas, "Energy & Green", "Defense", "Information Technology", "Medical", and "Security". Other venture capital requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you're a private investor not experienced in the purchase of commercial loans or venture capital products, a full disclosure will be required before you review any loan requests for purchase. We do not recommended commercial loan or mortgage purchases for inexperienced investors.
